Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time We currently ship to all countries across Europe. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Total delivery time from order placement to arrival is typically 10–13 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet all estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier disruptions outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
